juice from 2 to 3 lemons
sage syrup (Family Farm/OPG Adamić)
sparkling wine (for the ‘night version’ of the recipe)
1. Put blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and water in the blender. Blend well and pour into a jug. Add sage syrup, whole blueberries, fresh mint and – if you are in the mood – sparkling wine. If not, mix well and add ice!
2. Serve cold when it’s hot. And serve with alcohol when it’s not hot but it’s the right time. For example, in the evening.
